LONDON – 21st October 2025– RTK Group, a specialist in enterprise hardware lifecycle management and IT transformation services, proudly announces the appointment of Iain Burton, an experienced leader in Enterprise Data Centre and Lifecycle Services.

Iain brings a wealth of industry knowledge gained through senior leadership roles at established IT organisations including CDS, where he oversaw large-scale global enterprise infrastructure projects and service innovation. His appointment provides RTK with a strategic advantage as the company continues to scale its data centre and cloud transformation services, aligning with RTK’s core focuses of maintenance services, and IT lifecycle management.

“We are proud to have Iain on board the RTK team, allowing us to build a leadership team with the commitment and expertise needed to accelerate our growth and strengthen our position within the data centre services market.” commented Ross Ellis, CEO of RTK Group.

Speaking on his recent appointment, Iain Burton said: “I’m thrilled to be joining the RTK team as Strategic Account Director contributing to a growing and highly enthusiastic data centre practice that is determined to make its mark on the industry.”

“The opportunity to enhance RTK’s data centre offerings, while empowering our current and future customers to maximise the value of their assets, represents a critical stage of the IT lifecycle that is often overlooked or poorly managed elsewhere. At RTK, this process is treated with the attention and expertise it deserves.”

The announcement follows a strong year for RTK Group, which was recently recognised with dual honours at the 2025 Storage Awards, winning ‘One to Watch – Channel’ and ‘ITAD/Data Destruction Company of the Year’. These accolades highlight RTK’s growing reputation for excellence in sustainable IT lifecycle management and reinforce its momentum within the enterprise technology services sector.

Building on these successes, the addition of Iain to RTK’s leadership team reflects the company’s commitment to continued innovation and operational excellence, supporting its expanding global client base in maximising efficiency, compliance and environmental responsibility throughout the IT asset lifecycle.
