Reports To: Managing Director – NEXCAP

Role Overview

The Strategic Partnerships Director will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling RTK NEXCAP’s strategic partnerships across hyperscalers, Global System Integrators (GSIs), and enterprise ecosystem partners. The role focuses on embedding NEXCAP’s cloud and AI acceleration model within large-scale cloud transformation programmes where legacy infrastructure, financial commitments, and vendor constraints slow migration outcomes.

Strategic Partner Development

  • Build and maintain senior relationships with hyperscaler partner teams (AWS, Microsoft, Google).
  • Develop engagement with GSIs and consulting partners involved in enterprise cloud transformation.
  • Position NEXCAP as a cloud acceleration capability within partner-led transformation programmes.

Partner-Led Pipeline Development

  • Identify joint opportunities with partner account teams.
  • Support partners in identifying infrastructure and financial constraints.
  • Drive co-sell motions and pipeline development.

Platform Evangelisation

  • Promote adoption of NEXCAP.App across hyperscaler and GSI partner teams
  • Position the platform as the system of record for identifying and managing infrastructure-constrained cloud opportunities
  • Encourage early opportunity registration to support structured HLA and DDA assessments
  • Drive consistent platform usage for pipeline visibility and engagement coordination
  • Capture partner feedback to support ongoing platform evolution

Partner Enablement

  • Educate partner teams on the NEXCAP model, including:
    • High-Level Assessment (HLA)
    • Deep Dive Assessment (DDA)
    • Infrastructure monetisation and lifecycle acceleration mechanisms
  • Enable hyperscaler and GSI sales and solution architecture teams to identify when NEXCAP should be introduced into enterprise engagements.

Candidate Profile and Skills

  • 10+ years’ experience in strategic partnerships or ecosystem roles
  • Experience with hyperscalers, GSIs, or enterprise technology environments
  • Proven ability to develop partner-led pipeline and co-sell motions
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud transformation programmes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Commercial and consultative mindset
  • Experience evangelising platform or ecosystem solutions within partner networks is highly desirable
